Junior Entrepreneur Programme

5th class pupils entered the above programme where they learned about the life of the entrepreneur.Questions like what is involved in creating a new product and awareness of the hard work involved were discussed.Pupils created candles from recycled materials mainly  old crayons.Candles were sold in the school and a profit of 700 euro was made.Pupils donated 200 euro of this to a local charity.Our idea was seen as very creative and different.As a result 5th class have been chosen to represent our school at the Junior Entrepreneur ALL IRELAND showcase day  in Dublin on may 18th.they were accompanied by their teacher Mrs Joanne Houlihan.
